What we do
Kalsig writes short insight briefs for businesses that sell to UAE companies. Each brief is about a public event at a company, such as a new company registration or a new trade licence, and over time other public events.
A brief may suggest a person at that company who seems right to contact, for example a director or manager. Kalsig approves every brief before any client can see it.
Our clients contact people themselves, in their own words. We never send messages in anyone's name.
Where your details came from
Only from public sources, such as:
- a public company register or licence record;
- your company's own website or announcements;
- your public LinkedIn profile;
- news reports or press releases about your company.
Kalsig looks these up by hand and records what they find.
We record only business details: your name, your role, your company, a work email or telephone number where it is published, and a link to the public source. We do not record your home address or personal details, and we do not monitor your online activity.
How to ask us to stop including you
Email support@kalsig.com with the subject line "Opt out". Please include:
- your full name;
- the company you are connected with;
- if you have it, the email or message you received, or the name of the business that contacted you.
You do not need to give a reason.
What happens next
- We confirm that we have your request.
- We add you to our opt-out list and remove you from future briefs and from briefs that have not yet been unlocked.
- Where practical, we tell clients who have unlocked an earlier brief naming you that you have asked not to be contacted.
- We confirm when this is done, within 5 business days.
We keep only your name, company and the date of your request on the opt-out list. We keep it so that we do not include you again.
If a business has already contacted you, you can also ask that business directly to stop. Our clients have agreed to respect that request and to let us know about it.

You can also ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Our Privacy Policy explains these rights and how we handle your information.
