Every company event is a reason to get in touch.

New registrations, licence renewals, funding rounds, press releases and company news.

Kalsig watches public UAE sources for new registrations, licence renewals, funding, press releases and company news, matches each event to your ideal customer, and sends you a short brief, checked by Kalsig. Every unlocked brief comes with outreach drafts for you to edit: an email draft, meeting prep and a LinkedIn note. You send them yourself, from your own tools. Kalsig sends nothing.

95
95/100 · Renewal window open

A company nearing its first ADGM licence renewal is likely to look again at its workspace, because its licence names the premises it works from.

What happened

Halcyon Reach Logistics Ltd registered with ADGM on 26 November 2025. Its registered address is a business-centre desk on floor 31 of Marlow Quay Tower, Abu Dhabi, so its first licence renewal comes up around 26 November 2026. An ADGM licence names the premises a company works from, and the company must keep the right to use them, so the renewal is a natural point to confirm or change its space.

Why it matters now

The renewal date is the moment a first-year company decides whether to stay on a desk, take a private office or move. That is what usually happens around a first renewal, not a known plan, and nothing here says this company intends to move.

Who to contact and why

NAMED ON REGISTER Daniel Hughes, Director (named on the ADGM public register). Named on the ADGM public register as a director.

A list tells you who exists. An event tells you why to write.

  • Lists go out of date.

People move, offices change and companies grow past the entry you bought. A list is a snapshot, and it cannot tell you what has just happened.

  • Brand-new companies aren't in them yet.

A company that has just been licensed in Dubai, joined the ADGM register, raised or opened an office will not appear in a list until someone adds it. The event is the first public sign.

  • Generic outreach gets ignored.

An email that could have gone to anyone is read as if it did. One that names a real event, such as a new Dubai licence or an ADGM renewal, reads as if you did your homework.

Halcyon Reach Logistics Ltd

Prepared for a flexible-office operator in Abu Dhabi

ADGM licence renewal due26 Nov 2026

Licence renewal: around 26 Nov 2026 (one year after registration; exact date not yet confirmed)

Daniel Hughes, Director (named on the ADGM public register). NAMED ON REGISTER Named on the ADGM public register as a director.

The angle

A first renewal is a natural point to compare staying on a desk with a private office on a flexible term.

Risks

The renewal date is one year after registration; the exact date is not yet confirmed. The company may renew unchanged, and it may already have a longer agreement for its space.

Objection: “We're happy where we are.” — Answer: Then the renewal is simply a good moment to confirm the current setup still fits the team; if it does, no change is needed.

Evidence

Registration no.: 000-FICTIONAL · Entity type: Private company limited by shares · Licence category: Non-financial

Anatomy of a brief

1. The header line

A score out of 100, a plain cue for how the event stands, and one sentence saying what we infer. The number is never the whole story.

2. What happened

The event in plain words. Where a second, independent fact exists, we add it.

3. Why it matters now

The mechanism: what usually follows this kind of event. We say what usually happens, never what a company has planned.

4. Who to contact and why

The named person to approach, and why to write to them. We mark the contacts Kalsig has verified.

5. The angle, the risks and the objection

One sentence on how to approach, then the honest caveats, and the objection you are most likely to hear with an answer.

6. Evidence, and the company timeline

Source links, register details, signal date and identity confidence. Each company also has a timeline: when a new event arrives, such as a funding round or a hire, it is added to the same company, so the next brief builds on the last.

Real events, not guesses

Any timely, public, company-level event is a reason to get in touch. It does not have to be a buying signal. "Congratulations on your round" can start a relationship before the need arises.

Events that combine

One event is a reason to write. Two or three together make a stronger one. A new Dubai trade licence followed by a senior hire says the company is building a team. A funding round followed by a new office says it is growing into a new space. We attach each new event to the same company, so you see the full picture.

Public, and company-level only

Everything we use is public and about the company. We never track individuals' browsing or social activity.

(a) Some databases offer alerts on job changes or funding; the underlying product is still a list.

(b) Most agencies work from a prospect list or a campaign calendar.

(c) Only if you watch the sources and catch each event in time.

(d) A database holds records; there is no brief to approve.

(e) A campaign manager may review the work, but not a brief per event.

(f) Agencies write the messages, and usually send them for you.

(g) Contacts are verified in bulk and go stale; accuracy varies by provider.

(h) Usually priced per seat or per contact lookup.

(i) Usually a monthly retainer or a fee per meeting.

(j) Some include sending tools that send for you; you can leave them off.

Questions, answered

Ask us support@kalsig.com

How many briefs will I get?

It depends on your market and your ideal customer, and we won't promise a number. Your plan is a ceiling, not a quota. In your free trial you see exactly what matches your ideal customer today, and if a paid month gives you fewer matching briefs than a smaller plan allows, the difference comes off your next invoice.

Do you send emails for me?

No. Each brief comes with a drafted email, meeting prep and a LinkedIn note for you to edit. You send them yourself, from your own tools. Kalsig sends nothing, and nothing is ever sent in your name. We cannot guarantee an email address or a LinkedIn profile for every company.

Where does the data come from?

Public registers and licence records in Abu Dhabi (ADGM) and Dubai (DED), plus company announcements and news across the UAE. Every brief links to its evidence so you can check it yourself.

Which markets do you cover?

The UAE. Today: Abu Dhabi (ADGM registrations and licence renewals), Dubai (new trade licences), and funding announcements, press releases and company news across the UAE.

Who checks the briefs?

Kalsig, every time. Briefs with weak or unclear evidence are held back.

What makes a good fit?

Firms that sell to new or growing UAE companies: coworking and serviced offices, office brokers, fit-out, PRO and visa services, law firms, accountants, business banking, IT and recruitment. If a timely, relevant first message can start a conversation for you, Kalsig fits.

What do I do with a brief?

Read it, decide whether the angle suits you, then edit the drafts (an email, meeting prep and a LinkedIn note) and send them from your own tools, to the person named in the brief. You keep control of what is said and when. Kalsig sends nothing.

Can I try it first?

Yes. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial: you see every brief that matches your ideal customer, unlock one free and read the drafts. Card details at sign-up, nothing charged until day 8, and you can cancel in your account before then. One free trial per business.

How does billing work?

You add a card when you start. Nothing is charged for 7 days; after that you pay monthly by card through a secure payment processor. Your card details go to the processor and are never stored by us. Prices exclude VAT where applicable.

Can I cancel?

Plans are month to month. Cancel during your free trial and you won't be charged at all. Cancel before a renewal date and you won't be charged again. Unused briefs don't roll over and there are no top-ups.

What happens after I start?

You tell us who you sell to: your sector and areas (Abu Dhabi, Dubai or both), about two minutes. Your Kalsig workspace then opens with the briefs that match your ideal customer. Unlock one brief free during your free trial and read the drafts. Your plan starts on day 8.

Can I change plan?

Move up any time; the difference for the rest of the month is charged now. Move down from your next renewal date.
