1. About these terms
1.1 These terms are an agreement between Rivvey Technologies, trading as Kalsig ("Kalsig", "we", "us") and the business that signs up for a plan ("you"). Contact: support@kalsig.com.
1.2 You accept these terms when you tick the box at sign-up. If you accept for a business, you confirm you have authority to bind it. The service is for businesses only, and you must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
2. The service
2.1 We monitor public sources, including company registers, trade licences, funding announcements, press releases and company news, for events at UAE companies. We prepare short briefs about these events, and Kalsig approves each brief before it is published in your Kalsig workspace.
2.2 A brief appears in your Kalsig workspace once Kalsig has approved it and it matches your ideal customer. We name the person to approach and add the contact details we have found. We cannot guarantee an email address or a LinkedIn profile for every company.
2.3 Briefs are based on public sources and our own assessment. We take care in preparing them, but we cannot warrant that every detail is accurate or current, or that any outreach will lead to new business.
2.4 We do not send messages on your behalf. We do not provide legal, financial or tax advice, introduce investors, arrange funding or carry out any regulated activity.
3. Plans and briefs
3.1 Plans. Each plan runs month to month:
| Plan | Price | Allowance | Exclusivity |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | AED 750 a month | up to 3 briefs a month | 7 days |
| Growth | AED 1,500 a month | up to 6 briefs a month | 30 days |
| Scale | AED 2,500 a month | up to 10 briefs a month | 30 days |
The price that applies to you is the one shown at checkout or agreed with you in writing. The areas you choose at sign-up apply to every plan, and every plan sees new briefs as soon as they are published. We may decline to offer a plan for a sector or area where too few briefs match each month; the plans on offer are shown at sign-up.
3.2 The allowance is a maximum. Your plan sets the most briefs you can unlock in a month. It is not a commitment to supply that number; how many briefs match your profile depends on your market.
3.3 Unlocking. New briefs are shown without the company name. Unlocking a brief shows the full brief and draft outreach (an email, a LinkedIn note and message, and a call script), and counts as one brief against your monthly allowance. Unused briefs do not carry over to the next month, and extra briefs cannot be bought separately.
3.4 Free trial. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. Your card is taken at sign-up and nothing is charged until the free trial ends; if you cancel before then, you are not charged. You may unlock one brief free during the week, and your plan's allowance starts from your first payment. One free trial is available per business.
3.5 Months with fewer matching briefs. If, in a paid month, the number of briefs matching your profile that were available to you was no more than a smaller plan's allowance, we credit the difference between your plan's price and that smaller plan's price against your next invoice. If no brief matched you, we credit the whole month. Briefs that were exclusive to another seller in your sector for the whole month are not counted as available. The credit is applied automatically and shown in your account, and if you cancel before your next invoice we refund it to your card. This is your only remedy for a month with fewer matching briefs.
3.6 Reporting a problem. If an unlocked brief contains a material error, for example it relates to the wrong company, please use "Report a problem" within 7 days. Where we confirm the error, we will return the unlock to your allowance.
3.7 Exclusivity on a company. When you unlock a brief, that company is exclusive to you within your sector: for 7 days on Starter and for 30 days on Growth and Scale. No other seller in your sector can unlock it during that time. A brief unlocked in the free trial is exclusive to you for the free trial and then for your plan's exclusivity period from your first payment. Exclusivity starts at unlock: moving up does not extend exclusivity on earlier unlocks, and running exclusivity continues if you move down. Sellers in other sectors may still unlock the same company, and no more than three of our clients may unlock the same company in any 30-day period. Exclusivity is per company and per unlock; it never covers a sector, an area or a building.
4. Payment, plan changes and cancellation
4.1 Payment. After any free trial, fees are charged monthly in advance, in UAE dirhams, by card through our payment provider, and your plan renews each month until you cancel. Prices exclude VAT where applicable; if we are required to charge VAT, we will tell you before adding it.
4.2 Failed payments. If a payment fails, we will retry it and let you know. If it remains unpaid after 7 days, we may suspend your access until it is paid.
4.3 Cancellation. You may cancel at any time from your account page or by emailing support@kalsig.com. You keep access until the end of the month you have paid for and are not charged again. After that, you can still view and download briefs you have unlocked, but cannot unlock new ones.
4.4 Changing plan. You can change plan from your account page. A change normally takes effect from your next renewal date. If you move to a larger plan part-way through a month, it applies immediately: you pay a prorated share of the price difference for the rest of that month and receive a prorated share of the extra briefs.
4.5 Refunds. Fees are not refundable, including for part months, unused briefs or a move to a smaller plan, except under clauses 3.5 and 8.2 or where the law requires.
5. Use of the service
5.1 Each client has one login. Keep it secure, and do not share it or let anyone outside your business use the service.
5.2 You may use briefs only for your own business-to-business sales and marketing. You must not:
- resell, publish or pass on briefs, or use them to build a database or competing service;
- scrape the Kalsig workspace, copy its content in bulk or collect it with automated tools;
- send outreach by SMS, auto-dialler or automated bulk-sending tools; or
- use the service unlawfully, or to harass, mislead or defraud anyone.
5.3 You are responsible for your own outreach and for complying with the data-protection and marketing rules that apply to you. If a person asks not to be contacted again, please respect that promptly and let us know at support@kalsig.com so we can add them to our opt-out list.
6. Data, confidentiality and ownership
6.1 Briefs may include business contact details of people acting in a business role, taken from public registers, LinkedIn and company websites. Use them only for a relevant business approach. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
6.2 Unlocked briefs and our prices are confidential. Share them only within your business or with advisers bound to keep them confidential, or where the law requires. This continues for three years after these terms end.
6.3 We own the service, the Kalsig workspace and the briefs; public facts in them remain public. You may use the briefs you unlock for your own business under these terms. The draft outreach is yours to edit and use. You own the information you give us about your business and allow us to use it to provide the service.
7. Liability
7.1 The service is provided for information. Contact details and company information can change after a brief is published, and the Kalsig workspace may not always be available.
7.2 We are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business or goodwill, for indirect or consequential loss, or for the results of your outreach.
7.3 Our total liability for all claims under these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the month before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or wilful misconduct.
7.4 You will compensate us for reasonable losses and costs arising from a third-party claim relating to your outreach, your use of personal data from briefs, or your breach of clause 5.
8. Suspension, termination and changes
8.1 We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you commit a material breach of these terms, or fail to remedy any other breach within 7 days of our notice. Fees already paid are not refunded in that case.
8.2 You may terminate if we commit a material breach and do not remedy it within 14 days of your written notice. We will then refund the unused part of the month you have paid for.
8.3 We may change our prices, plans or these terms with at least 30 days' notice by email or in the Kalsig workspace. Changes apply from your first renewal after the notice. If you do not agree, you may cancel before then.
9. General
9.1 These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, and the courts of Abu Dhabi alone have jurisdiction over any dispute.
9.2 These terms are the entire agreement between us about the service. If any part is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. You may not transfer your rights without our written consent. Neither of us is liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
